In light of the sanitary emergency caused by the spread of COVID-19, we want to assure you that the health and well being of our guests and staff is our top priority. With this in mind, we have developed and implemented a sanitation protocol with the highest cleaning standards. All hotel areas are frequently sanitized using high quality and eco-friendly products with no odors or harmful chemical components to guarantee a safe stay.

As part of our cleaning procedures we’ve placed major emphasis on frequently used objects and spaces within our rooms, complying with the high standards of our “ServSafe” certification. As for the handling and preparation of food and drinks we are strictly following the sanitation procedures of our “Distinctive H” certification.

We will continue to enforce the recommendations of the local and national health authorities to guarantee the safety of our guests and staff. For this reason, all common areas and rooms have been supplied with antibacterial gel as a preventive measure against COVID-19.


• Lobby staff will welcome our guests using personal protection and providing them with antibacterial gel.
Cleaning staff will sanitize our guest’s luggage and shoes upon arrival.
Our staff will check the temperature of our guests.
During check-in our guests will be offered a beverage of choice as well as comfortable slippers created by local artisans.
We our staff will always use gloves and face masks for your protection.


• Complying with the highest sanitization standards of our “ServSafe” certificate and the safe food & beverage handling procedures of our “Distinctive H” certificate, food and beverages will be served in your room, following as well the recommendations of safe distance.
For your safety, consumption of food and drinks in our common terrace is currently not available.
For your convenience, all menus are available for download using QR codes.


• The housekeeper will enter each room to sanitize using personal protection gear.
Every room will have antibacterial gel readily available.
We’ve reinforced our cleaning procedures and implemented preventive measures to guarantee a safe stay using the highest standard protocols.
As part of our daily sanitization procedures, heavier emphasis has been placed on constant contact objects such as; TVs, ACs, light switches, temperature controls, and door knobs.
Once this objects have been sanitized we will place the “clean seal” on them.


• The day before your checkout, we will provide you with an express check-out slip so we can send digitally your invoice in case you need it.
In case you don’t need an invoice, our staff will have your balance state ready when you check out.
You will find a sanitized space in our lobby for key drop off.
Every major contact object in our lobby such as; bank terminals, pens, desks, and computers, will be sanitized before and after you check out.
