General Hotel Policies

1.- Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
2.- Check-out time is 1:00 PM.
1.- Late check-out between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the nightly rate, plus taxes.
2.- After 6:00 PM, 100% of the nightly rate, taxes included, is charged.

3.- For your safety and that of all our guests, the reservation holder’s current official identification (INE, passport) will be required upon check-in, and a copy will be made.
4.- An open voucher will be requested upon check-in as a guarantee, so you must present the credit/debit card used to pay for your stay.
5.- Children over 12 years old are admitted as adults.
6.- An additional fee will be charged for each extra person; rooms cannot exceed the maximum allowed capacity.
7.- The hotel does not provide extra beds or cribs.
8.- We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking in the rooms will incur a penalty.
9.- The hotel does not have facilities for children.

Cancellation Policies

1.- LOW SEASON: If you cancel your reservation during low season up to 14 days before your arrival date, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay, including taxes, will be applied to the guarantee card. For cancellations made after this deadline, as well as on the day of arrival or in the case of early departure, the full stay will be charged.

2.- PEAK SEASON: Non-refundable rate. Once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled, and the credit card used as a guarantee will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking.
